When ordering on our site you will be asked to provide us with your address and delivery information.  Payment by credit and debit cards and paypal are accepted.  We will never pass on your details to any third party.

RETURNS
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return / exchange is a result of our error such as an error in filling your order and wrong product has been shipped to you. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us.
Defective – Incorrect Items
If your order has a manufacturer defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt.
Νote that all returns/exchanges must be sent to us and received within 14 (Fourteen) days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must be returned in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with accessories, bases, original packaging, if this is how it was sent to you. Returned items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be assessed a damage product fee, of up to 10% of the product price.
Returns are accepted even if you have changed your mind. The product must be returned factory sealed as received otherwise it will not be accepted. The customer is responsible of return shipping costs including insurance.
CANCELLATIONS
IN STOCK ITEMS 
If you have placed an order for IN-STOCK items and wish to cancel it, then you must send us directly an email at barry@incredibleinnovations.co.uk
IN-STOCK items ship out within 1-7 working days of placing your order with us. If the product is already in route to you then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.
If you receive your item and you decide that for your personal reasons wish to return the item but you HAVE NOT OPENED THE BOX then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees,
REFUNDS
If we required to make a refund to you then we will generate a refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the item . We retain the right to refund the customer via whatever method is deemed appropriate. In most circumstances involving pay-palm  transactions, we will refund to the paypal account used to purchase.
 
ORDRING INFORMATION

We have tried to make it as simple as possible to order from our website. We follow the conventions of most major websites, payment is by most credit cards such as VISA MasterCard and Paypal.

We ship to just about all the world.
About Stock Status
In Stock items ship within 1-7 working days. 
 
POSTAGE INFORMATION
 We ship worldwide from our home in Liverpool. The shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout page were you are given the opportunity to choose between a list of shipping methods and options.
All orders to UK  are sent useing Royal mail recorded delivery.

Engraved items are despatched within seven working days from receipt of order.
We can always work to quicker delivery times if needed.
 All orders for the EU and Non EU destinations are sent royal mail  International Tracked and Signed for  

All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days.
But they can take up to 3 weeks to reach you.. Some destinations do not offre a tracked service.+
There are no import taxes to EU customers / destinations.
Items shipped from our EU warehouses to all non EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, Incredible innovations has no control over taxes and duties in different countries.
The same applies for the time it may take for shipments to go through the customs procedure.
Customs policies and processes vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. You must also make sure that you comply with any other laws that may apply when importing something to your country.

Please note that in the lead-up to Christmas and other major holidays, few carriers guarantee normal delivery dates, so there may be delays.
